Propp & Todorov

Propp theory says there are six main points to which are:

• Preparation
• Complication
• Transference
• Struggle
• Return
• Recognition

Preparation is whe n the a community or family is a ordered state at the begiing of the film to highlight the bases of the film.
Complication is basically when the film starts to get interesting, the vilkian harms a member of the hero family. The hero being the main character of the film, and the villian being the person that disturbs the peace or the ordered state at the beginnign of the film. which therefore leads the hero to plan aganist the villiain.
Transference is when some form of gift is given to the hero. then the hero arrives at a place where he can fullfill his quest.
Sruggle happens to the struggle between the hero and the villian.
Return is when the hero escapes, a task is set for the hero, the hero accomplishes the task.
Recognition, the hero is rewarded.

This Denontation in my opinion seems a bit mysteriousbut deoicts prehaps a traditional view of what happens at dinner time however the connation of it seems more of  a lonely and queit image.

Denonataion& Connatation

This denonatation of the image in my opinion shows a bit of loneliness however surrounded by the very thing that could make this women feel happy. i say this because once looking at hte expresssion of the women face shows that she is not happy. however the connatation of the image could suggest something else i say this because the colour used in the image intslef could highlight and try to promote peace and being content with what what you have at the moment. the only reason why i say this is because of the lighting in the image it almost makes it seem a bit angelic and the whole image seems more of a fairytale.
